30 minute Online Empowered School Leaving Planning and Post School Options Seminar

This online seminar is tailored to provide an overview to parents, educators, trainers, support workers, young people, work experience hosts, and employers in navigating the transition from school to post-school pathways.

Led by Kerry Morrison, an experienced social worker with over 15 years in counselling and facilitation, this session combines her professional expertise in disability, trauma-informed care, and youth empowerment with her personal lived experience. Kerry’s academic achievements further enhance her perspective, with her thesis focusing on school-to-work transition planning for young adults with autism. This foundation ensures the seminar is both evidence-based and practical, empowering participants with actionable insights.
