Kerry can assist you to develop informed responses to cultural, disability and neurodiverse inclusion issues in your organisation. She is trusted by universities, government, non-profit organisations, and others to provide sound, practical advice, and real-life solutions.
Kerry is a passionate advocate for upskilling the workforce of helping professionals, with a focus on professional development, training, self-care plans, and opportunities for improvement.
She works closely with Aboriginal liaison health workers, NDIS/disability/neuro diverse staff and support workers. In addition, Kerry has an MOU with the palliative care team of the WA Country Health Service.
Employee Assistance programs are designed to support your employees and empower them to reach their potential. As an experienced EAP counsellor, Kerry provides culturally aware, confidential EAP services to all employees, in person or online. This assists with the problem management and resolution in a healthy and constructive way.
